Ellyn Cope has been a Realtor in the Brighton area since 1975.  She came to Lambert Realty in 2005.  In the past she was chairman of the Housing Authority, on the Planning Commission, Chairman of the Health Fair, on the Trustee Board of the Hospital and active in Community Affairs Fundraisers, and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Ellyn is knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, including residential, acreage, commercial and industrial properties.  She is familiar with all of the surrounding cities and has participated in 1031 Exchanges as well as Reverse 1031 Exchanges.  Repeat referrals fro clients and customers have kept her active in the real estate business.  Working with clients and love for the business is first and foremost one of her priorities with one on one customer service which includes fair housing.
